This is a scam.  Trying to scare people into paying a bill they do not own.

This is a scam.  They are just trying to say and do whatever they can to make you give them your banking address.  Saying they are serving papers etc.  Trust me, they wont.

These people even called a family member to tell them I was being picked up by the cops today because of a bill I haven't paid.  HA!  Over a bill?? Don't think so.

These people are calling with different numbers day after day and today even called a friend of mine and my cousin. I have know idea who they are and I have gotten a lawyer to sue who ever it is, I have enough in my life to worry about someone trying to scam me.

"Mr. Larry Fuller".....who when searched online for died recently.....or would that be the jazz musician....."from the Campbell County private locator with Process of Summons Division" called and left the message telling me they were filing in the courts unless I called today and made arrangements to pay a bill from 2 years ago. But yet when I look to see if there is an action against me none can be found. My attorney even told me not to worry these are scams. Debtors prison went out in the middle ages. Be cautious when dealing with these people.

I got a call from these people claiming that I owe a debt from 2 years ago and that they were filing court papers TODAY unless I make payments to them over the phone to stop the action; they even said they were going to have me warrant papers served to my job and that if they dont have my correct address then I can be issued a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear...........This is like the 100th time they called saying the same thing..
