Also called and didn't leave a message.  In the past when I have answered a call that I don't know, the company that calls keeps me on the list as it is a live number...

I just got a call from this number claiming to be state debt collections, verifying my b-day and a bill!

They call every month.  I eventually put them on  a list that goes right to voice mail.  This time I called them back and they said they were a private company.  If I give them the phone number they called they can determine why they called me.  They said obviously they already have my phone number if they called it.  I gave him my phone number and he said they were trying to contact "Elio Valasco" or some name like that.  I am guessing it is a credit collections company trying to collect on an old debt.

It is a new number for Key Financial in Madison, WI.  They are a debt collector.  They do not identify themselves.  They just start out asking you your name, if you live at such and such and verify the last four of your Social.  They also call from 855-411-3571, so I am assuming they also have 3572, 3573, 3574 and 3575.
