unknown caller

woman's voice called not mentioning any type of business or who she is, saying she will come by my house or place of employment to sign documents for filing.  I have no idea who it is, where she is from or what it is in regards to.  She never mentioned a company name or what the "documents" are that she is coming by to force me to sign or what the issue is.   the calls from the number do not specify anything yet they  threatened me on the voicemall saying they will find me to sign some documents by coming to my work and home.   I have no idea what company this is or how they have my information,  it is very scary.  does anyone know what the heck this is ?

i received the same call @ work no less... never mentioned any companies either...yes it is very scary

I also received a message at a family members houe from a Crystal from the Filing Party.  She left a messages stating that she would be ou in my area and would stop by my home or place of employment for me to sign some documents requiring my signature.  She never called me at my residence.

Yeah, someone by the name of Michael called me from this same number. He stated that he would stop by my house or place of employment today between 12 - 5. I would bet that it is some kind of bill collector of some sorts. If that is the case, I, first of all, have no clue as to what bill is owed, plus they made no mention of what the call was for. They just stated that they recieved papers on their desk that needs my attention. I did try to call that number but got no answer and was not able to leave a message either. I simply wanted to know who the hell this was, plus I wanted to extent their self-invitation to my house for some tea and danishes. Who knows, maybe I could add them to my facebook. Yeah, that'll happen anytime soon. If it is a bill collector of some kind, maybe they should try some good old-fashioned honesty for a change, instead of trying to make themselves sound like a big-time lawyer or someone actually important. I kinda wish that they would stop by because I've got something they can collect; they can collect my foot up their ass.

I got the same call and spoke with them.  It's supposedly United Assets Collections agency.  It's a scam - they pushed and pushed for a Visa or Mastercard number to clear up my account.  Just baiting them - I asked for an address to mail the check and was told they didn't accept checks and couldn't give me an address.  They threatened me with legal action if I didn't give them a Mastercard or Visa number.  This Company needs to be shut down by the FTC.

I just received this call on my workline. I am forwarding the info to our Attorney General. I suggest you all do the same!
