- Yoda1725 replies to Jennifer HicksI'm guessing you were served a sandwich.
Since you were served, as you claim, then you should be able to provide the name and legally verifiable address of the Plaintiff, it's right there on the "papers" your were served.
No one is buying your story. You are shilling for a for a criminal enterprise. Too bad sites like this are cutting into your revenue stream. - B-Edwards replies to Jennifer HicksWaffles? I had the Special on Saturday, and Tilly was my server. Who was your server? If they had an apron and a name tag, you may be OK.

- Yoda1725 replies to Jessica AndrewsIt never happened. If you were served as you claim, you should have no difficulty providing the name of the company, and their legally verifiable address. It's right there on the papers, prove us wrong.

A law case is a public record, you know. Or should know. - happy3141 replies to Jessica Andrewsu cant get in trouble for people bringing u papers to job that dumb
- Blake Tarason replies to Jessica AndrewsHow did you get that cool red stamp?
- Lassie replies to CWG40What plaintiff? What defendant? Oh my goodness, Jessica never said she was being sued! She said she got served.
Have you noticed that shills always use the word "served" where real people telling the truth would always say they are being "sued"? Shills use the word "served" because it's vague enough to give them plausible deniability. That way they can fool twice as many people. Unfortunately for them twice zero is still zero. - T. Webster replies to Sherry HaysThey just called my father looking for me saying I have a case pending with them ava that" I was in serious violation of legal code xyz" These companies use scare tactics to try and collect money, and that's going to back fire, although I did get scared for a second but than reminded myself I have never done anything criminal, do they are full of it.... - roxyI got a $200 payday loan (cash net) in late 2014 they called 4/8/16 saying I owe $541 and they are serving me papers at home. something about criminal charges for check fraud, breach of contract, etc. I gave them my debit card number for automatic payments. they said the charges will be cleared after my payments. I looked up the number and these people won't get a dime from me. ordered a new debit card.
