I got a call  from Alliance Solutions on a payday loan and she told me I had been officially served and that I owed 1500 on a payday loan and that I would owe 1500 more if it went to court. I know that this is a scam and they are not recieving a dime from me. I have recieve other phone calls like this.

Contact you local atty general. File a complaint. These people are breaking multiple laws and are in no way following FDCPA guidelines. Your state's AG will be able to further assist you in how to take care of people that are trying to collect using scare tactics.

Since you were served, as you claim, then you should be able to provide the name and legally verifiable address of the Plaintiff, it's right there on the "papers" your were served.

It never happened.  If you were served as you claim, you should have no difficulty providing the name of the company, and their legally verifiable address.  It's right there on the papers, prove us wrong.

Have you noticed that shills always use the word "served" where real people telling the truth would always say they are being "sued"? Shills use the word "served" because it's vague enough to give them plausible deniability. That way they can fool twice as many people. Unfortunately for them twice zero is still zero.

They just called my father looking for me saying I have a case pending with them ava that" I was in serious violation of legal code xyz" These companies use scare tactics to try and collect money, and that's going to back fire, although I did get scared for a second but than reminded myself I have never done anything criminal, do they are full of it.... I received a phone call just now with a claim number, guys name was Frank Thomas and this number to call him back.  Wants to verify my home address.

I got a $200 payday loan (cash net) in late 2014 they called 4/8/16 saying I owe $541 and they are serving me papers at home. something about criminal charges for check fraud, breach of contract, etc. I gave them my debit card number for automatic payments. they said the charges will be cleared after my payments. I looked up the number and these people won't get a dime from me. ordered a new debit card.
