Called for my daughter who lives in another state.

Rec'd a call from this number - told me that a summons would be served on me within the hour if I did not call them back - gave her name as Ms. Watson or Ms. Watkins - did not give a company name.   I figured it was a scam - nope - not going to call them back.

Rec'd a call from this # says her name is Kim Logan.  And says I will be sued and or arrested if I don't pay x amount of dollars .. THIS IS A SCAM .... I asked for the address for the fake company she was calling from and she would not.give me an address or any information about her or the company only that the name of the company was called ACS finacial services...   I would like any info anyone has reguarding companys like these ... We need to take them down !!!

These are not real, if they were they would know the "Fair Debt Collection Act" Quote it to them and tell them to go to hell. Woman who called name sounded like a zit. said she was coming to arrest my daughter in 2 hours, lol. If of course she didn't call back. My husband is a cop, please come over, lol.

They just called and left a message for my husband. For one thing - it's illegal to leave as much information as they did on a voice mail - completely detailed with his birthdate and SS#.  Reporting to whomever I have to. Stupid [***].

got  a call from them on 3-12-13. Said they would be serving a summons and placing a personal lien on my car?   whats up with this s---?
