Left me a message saying I was going to have a lawsuit filed against me. I'm not aware of any of it so I'm assuming it's a bill collector trying to scare people into paying.

Received a call from "Tom Serban" referencing only RPS filing some lawsuit.  He said he was a pre-legal advisor.  I've had these scam phone calls before, I tell them to call my attorney and then they stop.

They called my daughter looking for me said a law suit was gonna be filed if I did not get in touch with them by the 15th..I have no idea how they got my daughters # they then proceeded to call her father in law and harass him...I called them and told them to leave my family alone..I said I will take a lawsuit out on you and I'm contacting the police and BBB..we will see what today brings..I do not understand why they didn't just call ne directly..my # is listed..I looked this up and see it is some type of scam for a pay day loan..here's the thing..I never had one..

I got the same call from the same number starting three days ago. And the guy is not letting up. Dont give him any money. And have a credit report done. This guy called him Thomas Urban. He first tried to get ahold of me calling my wifes phone, now he's only been calling mine but he told me my whold ss number. He said I have a lawsuit out for a payday loan and I needed to make a 800 $ payment by the end of the day. Or they were taking me to court. I got the payday info out of him and the banks name that he said it went too. I called both of them and they never even heard of me. I called the ploice and made a report. Please if he calles you too do your homework then call the police.

This number called my cell, my roommates cell number and accused a member of my family of written a fraudulent check.  No such thing has happened.  I am now reporting this number and the person that is harassing my family and me.

I got a message today on my phone for my husband. I've only had my number for a month and my husband has had his for over 2 years. Anyway they said that they were from RPS and his name was Deandrea Williams, we had until Friday sept. 6th to call him or he was going to send our file to a third party court in our area. SCAM and i knew it the minute the message started.

These people called my son, and scared him! Telling him they was taking me to jail! I also paid them 140.10 because they scared me as well.
