The first couple of time the person could hardly speak english, the last two times the stated their name and indicated a formal complaint had been faxed over to the office and I need to contact this person regarding this matter. I called the number and got RH group and to press 0 for the next representative.  Does anybody know what this is.

I got the same thing...they are a scam trying to collect a debt from July 2008 for a payday loan company called Cash Advance. Do not pay them, do not give them any personal information and if they call again tell them that you know they are scam and that you contacted the police and Attorney General to fila a compliant.

Got a call from these people saying going to serve me at home or business?  I have news for them this is Texas.  A process server or a constable are the only people who can serve you and they normally do not call first and when they do they tell you what court it is for not that you have been given the opportunity to contact the plaintiff. how can I have an opportunity to contact them if you don't tell me who they are and the number you gave me goes to some stupid collection agency.  At the end of the call he says 'YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED". I believe if this was real that I would be notified via a constable and via a certified letter.  Dumb A$$.

I just received a call in regards from a payday loan from 2009. I've notified my lawyer in regards to this matter after they said I could not contact my attorney I told them bull [***] and hung up on this.

Googled RH group and found that threre is no such place.

I got a call saying I owed all this money and this was from 2008. I contacted my lawyer. They said I had to pay now and not even give me a payment plans. This is a scam. I called my attorney and he said that it was fishy. They wanted it now. I would never give out any money for a pay day loan I thought I had paid back years ago. I then called my sister who is an attorney and she said then preceded to call me 10 times within a day from a blocked number to call this number. The guy told me to call this number and his name is Ryan Franklin.

Called again notifed the holder of the payday loan, my attorney and the litgitmate RH Group ( and they have nothing to do with payday loans

Company called claiming my wife owed 702 dollars from a pay day loan, my wife never took a pay day loan, she has been a student. They further claimed it was from 2009, they called my step so, my 78 year old mother in-law telling them that a process server was in the area and if she did not contact them a check fraud charge was being filed and she would face criminal charges. We were called by a process server to inform us he needed our address and wanted to talk to my wife. I refused to put him on, I am a retired NYC Police officer and who could not even answer simple question of what county it was in.
My wife did further investigation and found an FBI link for anyone cwho gets a call like this!

I have gotten repeated calls from Sean Davis accusing me of being Nelson Washington and telling me I have to respond to a plaintiff regarding a case number he gave me. I told his on two separate occassions he has incorrect information and that "Nelson" likely gave him a false number that simply happened to be mine. He would not accept my explaination.
So I located Mr. Davis' process server ID and am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Texas Process Server Review Board.
Mr. Davis should probably find another vocation. If he was competent at his job he would have done his homework and researched the phone number that was given him and discovered it has been my company issued work number for at least 8 years and am in no way associated with this Nelson Washington.

My 79 year old mother got a call, then called me, they had a "case number." I called them and was told that I owe 700.00 from a payday loan from 2009. I was unemployed, going to college at that time, so I had no income to be obtaining a payday loan. The guy on the phone, named Eric, said I needed to pay the money by 5pm that day, or before the "process server" got ahold of me, which ever came first. Now I am finding out that they have called just about anyone and everyone ever associated with me, harrassing them too. I have talked to an attorney and have found out that they have done this and much worse throughout the country.

i just received a call from a man that said he was a process server, ans was going to be serving me a summons,and i needed to call this ph#8554135001.he also said he worked for the state of okla. told me to call this ph#,called and spoke to a chris miller who sais they had a case from pdl adventures for check fraud against me from a payday loan in 2009, i told him i had filed bankruptcy, and all my debts was included and discharged,he told me that doesn't cover check fraud, and i needed to make arrangements with them to payment arrangements or settlement today.he even told me he would work something out even if i could give him a payment of 50.00 today,i told him i was on soc sec.and did not have any money today.he said once i was served from the procresser i could not contact them. i aksed who the loan was for and he could not tell, said that PDL ADVENTURES handles several internet loan companies,i was trying to figutr out how to get some money to pay something to them today,and then i decided to google the 855-413-5001 and saw all these messages. the ph#is for a company called  RH something.i alswo went to the FBI FRAUD website and there is information page and there is information about it being a fraud company.The caller that said he was a process server called from a private phone#, and gave me the 8554135001 to call with the case#.i will admit i was going to try and make payments today and find money to try and pay somenthig so i would not be served, i am glad i followed my mind and googled this ph#.this chris miller man seemed very professional.

Got a few calls from this number about a guy I dated over 10 years ago. I thought it was for real at first because I've gotten numerous calls from a lot of places ever since we broke up. But looking at this I'm guessing he just happened to hack a computer with his name attached to my phone number. I usually call people back to let them know he's never lived here but this time I won't.

My husband got a call like this at work from Amanda Walsh.  She was looking for a woman named Tracie Wood (or Woody).  She demanded he call 855-413-5001 with a case number.  We have be notified!!  Nope, not calling her back.

I got a call from this 855-413-5001 also saying I had an outstanding 300 balance.  I know I did have loans but I also know I paid them..and it was at least 3 + years ago.

I also got a call from them and said I was going to be served I'm, glad i checked his phone # out.

WTF  now i'm hit with this.. these [***] contacted my mother, step father, and ex mother in law and myself..  while at work..  i had all kinds of family after me!!   this is a crime!  this supposed hoax of a company needs to go down!!!

People are calling threatening to serve papers for an unpaid loan that does not exist.

I get a few calls a day from this number for my husband.  Several months back i got the same call from another number.  When i advised them that for my protection and for their's I would be recording the call they hung up! please if you get calls similar from ANY number google it and 9 x out of 10 you will find it is a scam. Don't give cc info or any other info over the phone.  In order to get a judgement they need to serve you with a summons, they won't even send a statement to your address they aren't going to serve anyone! Its a shame we have to be harrassed like this but call them on their BS and you will find out quickly they will run.  Especially if you notify them that you are monitoring/recording the conversation.

my 92 year old mother received a call from 1-855-413-5001. Supposedly regarding my step daughter who does not live with myself or my mother and is not even in the same state. Made it sound like the whole force of the US justice system is being dropped on my family. I do not care about myself but to be harassing an old person over something they had nothing to do with is outrageous. They do not need that kind of stress.

I am also forwarding this on to the Minnesota States Attorney General as a formal complaint. I don't know who this bunch is but I'm guessing they can figure it out.
