"Barbie" left a message on my cell saying it was regarding a summons for my sister (at a last name she hasn't had for years) and that my sister listed me as a contact.  She also rambled on that I'll be served at my home.  Since I've recently moved and they couldn't even get my sister's name right, I'm guessing I don't have anything to be worried about.  ;)

Call my Job trying to get me fired
saying they had a warrant for my arrest
because of a pay day loan

Called my place of employment leaving a lengthy message about clearing up an issue before she processes something, and that supposedly they have my driver license & social security information on file but not my address. ?!

A lady name Nicole called my house leaving me a message with a docket # stating I have to go to court the next day.. SCAM!! I even called the county to where I live and spoke to a sherif and he said I was fine and he looked up the number and  said it was a scam.. People please make sure you do your research before you give any money or your info up..

I have read these posts but I must say, this "Barbie" helped me resolve a situation I actually had no idea about. Had she of not called me I wouldn't of found out that my roommate used my information to get a loan and NOT pay it back. Thanks "Barbie" People pay your debts then you won't have to worry about these calls. gggeeesssshhhhh.

This woman Barbie/Beth  is totally crazy... When I told her I wasnt going to pay her any money she then harrassed my family and coworkers and literally almost got me fired Im so thankful I found this site to show my employer and prove that I was not in any legal trouble..... Do not Pay these people any money they are scammers and sick individuals

Received call from company today at my office. What a joke. Even told them that I would meet them down at the sherriffs office for them to serve me my paperwork. They started stammering. This is a scam. Don't fall for it

They left messasge stating they were going to file a 1099 on my taxes and I had 24 hrs to call her. She also said I have a state of rufusal on  my file.whatever that means.

Got a call from "Bath with Walters and associates" saying my uncle (whom I haven't spoken to in almost a year) used me as a reference and she wanted to speak with me. The phone number she left is not the same as the 321-252-1610 the call was placed from. I've had multiple calls but never a voice message.

I can't much information on this company on line.  However, a person with the same experience as the posters here asked a question on a legal advice forum.  Three well regarded attorneys have responded there, and they all believe it is a scam
