Got a call from this number. they were trying to serve legal summons.

Same thing, claimed legal department trying to serve a summons to appear in court, for someone else debt from 17 years ago,

Got a call from Legal Document Services for Calhoun County.  Googled the phone number 855-413-6799.  Found these complaints.  Glad I googled first.

This number called me about 4 weeks ago stating that they were trying to serve papers for a court case about a 2003 bebt. They gave me a case number and told me that the case would be held in another state/another county that I live before if it were to go to trial/when it goes to court.

I clarified my address for them as I wanted to see what documents they were talking about. As of yet, no one has come to my house and nothing has come in the mail. Now when I call them I simply get an answering machine.  I've even tried blocking my number in order to get through and no one has answered. I'm not sure if this is a scam.  The court has never heard of this case number.

Got a called from the same number about three weeks ago. I gave the woman my card information  so she could set up payment arrangements. After I gave her that something in my mind said Google the number an I did an saw all the reports. So I called an got a new card with a new number. The woman just called me today angry cause I change my card information saying she hate that she set up payment arrangements with me. But I never received an thing talking about a summons to court nor was I served a summons by the county police. So she proceed to say that she will take me to court for $1,814 an I told her to go ahead. I told her that this is a scam and she got angry an hung up the phone.

Actually they called my son and my husband for me.. but message the same.. never called my number
