This number keeps calling at approximately 11:45 am each and every day.  I have put it on call block.  Tried calling it back several times and keep getting a BELL recording that the call cannot go thru.  CRTC needs to do more to protect the "DO NOT CALL LIST" and protect consumers from unwanted calls.

They've been calling me too while I've been in the Hospital.   Absolutely annoying.   I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Now that I know they're not from Rogers I'm not answering their call and introducing them to call block.

interesting, what did you have to do to get Rogers to block the number?

I keep getting a call from this number, very annoying when you answer and nobody is there!

I never answer when I see this number,about 6 months ago they would phone my cell 4 to 5 times a day for about a month then they finally quite calling,but now they called my cell again today,so I guess I'm in for another month of multiple calls. I definitely won't answer now that I found out from the comments they are scanners! Thanks!

These guys have called me a couple times, I decided to pick but I knew it was a scam from the get-go because it was a US number. They start asking you questions about your account, that's when I noped the [***] out of there. But I'd like to thank Rogers though for selling our data to third parties, always doing one hell of job boys!

Just got a call, all I heard was my own voice like a full one second echo. Maybe even longer. That's all I got. I tried calling back and it just cancels like it disconnects as soon as it connects.
The government needs to act on these numbers that invade people's privacy like this.

Rogers sales, unprofessional, rude and nothing valuable. PURE SALES.
The only reason they can call me is because I use their internet service.

Same for me, like they cannot get it. Have them on block number on my phone but still rings once so very annoying.

They are not just calling cells..they call here all the time on my home phone and have service for phone only with Aliant.  Have not used those thieves from Rogers for almost 10 years, not since I had to go file a complaint with the BBB against them.

If you believe that Rogers has nothing to do with any scam, I have a fixed link to sell, if you would like to buy it...Right now I have it plopped down between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island,  I will throw in the Island for an extra 20 billion...It is going cheap because it has it's flaws....Let me know...

I receive this call regularly at my law office.  They hear that they are calling a lawyer.  They never leave a message.

Just blocked the number on my iPhone.  They've been calling non-stop, even after I have picked up a few times and told them to stop calling me.  We'll see what happens now.

Every week getting call . Pick no answer

Just called me..   I never answer long distance calls I don't recognize.   There was no message left.

I came here to check.  Seems this is a scam.  Out of the last 8 pages of entries here on 800 notes, it seems that nobody can confirm that this actually is Rogers calling and  that it's not some scammer looking for credit card info or some other personal information.

Number added to my block list.....

I get this call almost daily, and usually just ignored it - they never leave a message.  Today i answered and they said they are from Rogers Wireless and said that they wanted to check to see if I qualified for any of their great deals/packages.  I told them I was at work, and politely ended the conversation.
