She left a long message about responding to this call and this number 855 416 4623 I didn't call her back ,Please Unknown caller .

called me about a person that i have never heard of who has legal trouble sounds like bull-crap to me

Called me saying they had court papers and were trying to serve me.

Just happened to me, said they were trying to serve me and that they were gonna proceed without me if I didn’t call back.

They call from a private name and say they have legal documents to serve. Tells me to call this number to let them know my availability.

Looks like the above # is having a busy day. Same message left on my voicemail as the others posted above from a restricted number. So are we calling back....Heck no.

Got this call from an unknown number, but gave this number to call back. Didn’t use my full name, rather by what I go by. I feel it’s total BS

Called to discuss legal issues they claimed to have knowledge of.   Anyone know the name of the company or if this is a phone scam?   Has anyone been asked for money to proceed?

Since others have mentioned "court papers", figure it is a scam.  IF there was a real legal problem, you would not be warned.

Received voicemail advising court summons returned due to incorrect adress on file, provided with an account number and to call back. The phone number showed up on my cell as: 000-000-0000, I am not calling back.
