What kind of company is this

My client has received numerous calls at illegal hours threatening to serve her papers!
She dispute the alleged debt - i.e., she has never heard of the alleged debt

This company called my old employer and left a message saying they want to serve me with papers for a sexual harassment lawsuit against me.  When she called back, the person she spoke to said that I am a potential witness in a court case and they are trying to contact me.  I haven't worked with that employer for five years.

Well "Donald", I guess it's safe to assume that your "client" is getting set up for some scamming fraud to make a run at her. Go figure!
You are evidently not qualified to council your client in consumer law. It would be in her best interests to refer her to an attorney more versed in the debt collection industry and their practices. Especially fraudulent ones and their SHILLS!

Well, let's see here. You're being served for sexual harassment, you're a potential witness, five years ago. Have you thought about getting ahold of "Donald"? He seems to be right on top of these posts.
We'll be watching this one. Someone's about to get bent over. Only time will tell who it's gonna' be.

Call my job saying they want to serve me court papers but can't reach me. .they could came to my house that I been at last 25 years

Called the name consolidated. They contacted the President of my company he relayed messages to my boss they said call alysah Vega  I called three nobody by that name works there but I owe a debt
So asked for info and guy said wait for court papers and hung up

ALYSSA VEGA CONTINUES TO CALL PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT SHE HAS SPOKEN TO SUPERVISOR AND WAS ADIVSED SHE NEEDS TO TAKE PAPERS TO RESIDENCE. ALYSSA ADIVISED SHE WOULD CONTINUE TO CALL EVERY 30 MINS UNTIL I COMMIT TO A 600 $ VISA OR MASTERCARD PAYMENT. THEY CONTINUE TO HARASS ME AT WORK AND MY SUPERVISOR AND I HAVE TOLD HER AND THE COMPANY NOT TO CONTACT ME AT WORK... I HAVE GIVEN THEM OTHER METHODS TO CONTACT ME.
