Have you figured out what company is calling?

Its bogus.  Ignore it

Fake debt collector.  When called, refused to give any info on alleged debt.  When I asked to have proof of debt mailed to me, they hung up!

Bogus debt collector!  Refused to let me know what my debt was when I asked.  They contacted my sister, so they do their homework to scan money.  When I asked to confirm my info, they hung up.

They called work and home to say they have an active order to have me served and located at my home or if they don't locate me there they will contact my employer and have me served there regarding a financial fraud case. This is bogus.  They are trying to scare you using information they get off the of internet using people you might be related to.  The used my name with the III (third) behind it.  Obviously that is taken off of the internet for a man who could be related to me who it the III.  They also say you or your attorney should call this number and then gives you a case number to reference.  NO one who is going to serve you would call to tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had someone call me from this number they actually called under unknown but then gave me the number to call back and stated if I didn’t pay $400 today then it would turn into $3,000 and they could send me to court and all that. Never stated her name nor did she ask for my information then had an address for me from 3 years ago.

I got a call from this number saying there's a case being filed against me for writing bad checks to a financial institution which I knew right away had to be bogus cuz I haven't written a check for years and when I search the internet I seen a lot of people had the same phone and it's a bogus scam trying to get you to pay them money so they don't take you to court I called the number they did not answer any questions I had of them and that's not how someone that was going to serve papers against you would act so to me I'm ignoring it
