Yes they call me with a name from one of my relatives

They did the same to me..

Tom hardigan from magna development corp. Called in sept. Almost fell for it because he is good at the scam. Closed the account in time to stop it. Wife was so freaked out she gave them everything. Account number routing number etc. Then I found this online with the same name tom Hardigan and went straight to the bank and closed that account. He would have gotten $300...nice try UBS...

Is this a scam? I got a phone call about my mother. Said they would be filing legal action.

This IS A SCAM!!!! I called them back, he responded with "You mommy needs to stop using your phone number on debts."  I told him my mother does NOT have my cell phone and we do not speak.   He then changed his tune, acted like he was searching his database to find out why I was called and then apologized and said she had already taken care of the matter and I would never be called again. (when I received the phone call just 10 minutes before.)  SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!   Sad and pathetic.

My daughter got the exact same call

Free credit card finance or something. Messed around with the dude on the other end. Wanted my credit card info, Was leading him on a wild goose chase.
