Called-left message saying there is a complaint against me,I called back,an answering service picked up for them ...really ?? When I inquired who they are,I was told Harborside...that's it.I asked for address or verification of who they were,was told I was rude and hung up on.

I also talked to the answering service. Pretty common IMO but the man I spoke with was polite and helpful.

Same as everyone else,  told I was rude and to kick rocks. How are they still in business?  Unless waiting for that one scared person who gives them what they want.  And that is something I think is horribly wrong!
