- sosoI got a call from this number saying they are going to deliver papers to me at my place of employment and wished me good luck. i have no clue who this is as i have not received anything in the mail regarding any kind of outstanding item.
- fed-upPerson keeps calling from a local number saying that he has to serve me papers, gave a case #AC (5numbers) he said in two days he will serve me legal court papers unless I call another number to make arrangements, even said my address on the message, the numbers he told me to call 614-375-1624... OR 855-448-1970, he said to ask for Mike Nickels.. what is going on?
- interested| 2 repliesGot a call from a "Mr. Stevenson" about someone that I used to have contact with (an ex's family member) and a court case on the 21st of Nov. He didn't have any of my info but had info on my ex's whole family. Down to birthdays and old addresses. Crazy stuff, but the guy was nice. Wasn't rude or anything. He called me from a 760 # but told the person he thought he was reaching on my voicemail to call 855-448-1970. So its either a process server or a local debt collecting agency. My guess is process server since they have court info.
- ConfuseGot a call from a block number and left a message stating that a complaint was forwarded to his office and I need to appear at my county's district court unless I call 855-448-1970 and ask for MR. Oshe. He also gave me a Case# (5 numbers). He even have my last 4 of my SS# and my address. I haven't gotten any mail of any outstanding, but this is scary when people know things about you even your home address. From my knowledge that if you have papers to be serve to you that they don't call you to let you know. They just come and serve you the papers. So, I am not sure if this is even legit.

- Due Diligence replies to interested| 1 replyCourt cases are a matter of public record. Easy to find out, by calling your city/State court officer, if these court dates are real.
- interested replies to Due DiligenceYes I know they are public record, but usually debt collectors dont have that info on hand.
- Harmony FitzmonsCaller will not send verification of any debt. He has called my place of unemployment and threatened my human resources manager and called him obscene names for not providing details of my employment on a recorded line. I have left several messages advising him that he is not to contact my employer again. He called back the next day.

- Juneunited check recovery. fraudulent debt collectors. will threaten to serve you documents that don't have. if a debt collector calls they have 5 days to prove the debt exists, in writing, so that you can dispute. if they refuse then they are scamming. will not stop calling from different numbers, block all of them. do not give any information. it is a scam.
