This guy or group is trying to scam people out of money using a "you have a bench warrant on you...pay immediately or you will be arrested" scam.  They may also call you from 513-442-3408 claiming to be Sgt. Cunningham.

They also called me and the same thing about a warrant for my arrest.When I questioned the details of the ticket he said when I call in with the payment information Sgt. Cunningham can release all the details.He said since the warrant has been issued cant see details until warrant has been released. BE CAREFUL!!!!!

My dad received a call leaving a message w/this number to call back because he had won $1M and a Mercedes Benz that would be delivered to his house in his city, state (they had that info correct).  The message directed him to call this number to purchase a lottery certificate.  Who are these people? Can someone shut them down?  What a scam on the elderly!

A recorded digital message was left saying I had a ticket to pay in my city or a bench warrant would be issued.  Not true!

Scammers. Left me a voicemail, said I had to immediately pay a ticket of $100 or a bench warrant would be issued for my arrest. Such bull crap.

They left a message for me stating I had to pay $100 ticket or they would send out a bench warrant in my city and I would be arrested and put in jail............bunch of crap!  They left two different number, this one and 855-782-8356.........

For my senior citizen mother who hasn't driven in 17 years. And I'm a lawyer!

Same number 855-455-3186 was left as a number for us to return the call....the actual CALL had the number blocked. THIS call said that they were the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Same "you have a chance to fix this now, but if you don't you will be arrested and could serve up to 20 years in federal  prison"  ...but it was all said through an electronic voice...not even a human being making the bogus claims. The kicker? The person who is supposedly in trouble is my mother-in-law...who died in April 1997!

I work at a retirement community and one of our residents just got the same call.  The message stated that it was a call from the FBI.

Had the same message about contacting the FBI.  Though the person mentioned was my deceased husband.
This is very disconcerting to receive even knowing it's bogus.

Received the same call as reported by others here, "A bench warrant had been issued for my arrest over an unpaid ticket and an officer from my local department would be calling me with information."  I called my local police department for information because I was certain that I had not received any tickets, but wondered whether a traffic camera had captured a rolling stop perhaps made by me or my husband and this could be the reason for the call.  I was immediately reassured by the sheriff's deputy that these calls were nationwide and nothing more than scams!!  I plan to post to Facebook to warn all my friends and family!

Same message....warrant for $154.00 ticket....I know better......only have every had 1 ticket in my life and that was 15 years ago.  SCAM......

I have had a call from this number as well.  They claim to be a lawyer placing a bench warrant if I do not pay them immediately 1500$     I asked them for the company's contact they are claiming I owe and they gave me a fake Payday loan company name.  I have never gotten a payday loan in my life.   Do NOT Respond to this call!  Block the number or tell them that they have the wrong #
