I received an alert on my computer and I couldn't do anything. I called this number and the tech support guy named "Ray" said they were from Microsoft tech support for high priority problems. He went into my computer and installed a super antivirus and during the process tried to get me to buy protection from them as compared to what Best Buy would charge. I'm on disability & told him I could not afford it. After several exchanges on price, which I continued to tell them I had no money, no lie, he said my computer would stay that way so I couldn't use it have a nice day and hung up. I called the number back and got the run around with the same guy using a different name insisting that no one can get onto my computer except me in which I told him that was a lie because he just did it! He gave me the run around and hung up insisting there was nothing they could do! DONT BE FOOLED! THIS IS A SCAM WITH PEOPLE GETTING INTO YOUR COMPUTER AND HOLDING IT HOSTAGE!!!!
