This number has been calling my cellular phone multiple times a day for the past couple of months. When I answer all I hear is classical music, no one picks up. I call back and I get a voicemail message stating that it is a company called partners in credits. Is there any way that company is legitimate? If not I will block, theyre really annoying. I did check out their website.

same here they keep calling and calling and never leave voicemail... today I waited on the line because there is music playing and finally sounded like I was calling someone. Went direct to voicemail and I hung up is a scam put it on your "Never aswer" list

A bunch of low life vultures calling NON STOP for someone who used to have my cell number.
Been going on 9 months.
No matter what, they call from dozens if number asking for the same person.
Its at the point where they have destroyed my life and ability to function and have a productive peaceful day.
I have to change the number.
The amount of calling, abuse, lies and conning and the acting/pretending they do, orchestrated by a group of collectors is enough to change number and to wish them the worst possible outcome that can come their way.

Dont pick up phone.
if you do pick up, do not be polite, do not hold back your wrath. Incredible Hulk comes to mind.

since I have been plagued with these 855 numbers, specifically 855-483-0981, I do not answer the phone, thank you for revealing the scam numbers on your site, please keep it up !!!!!

So I receive a call from some man speaking VERY fast. Then he says he is calling from the city of Toronto about a ticket in 2013 like umm it is 2015. Then he says he needs information of where I live. I told him I don't know you so I cant. First of all the city of Toronto number when your IN Toronto is 311 the number when your out of Toronto is something CITY sorry I don't have it now. Besides if I did have it real wouldn't they have called me because I have to pay before it doubles. This is rediculous like honestly how many times do I recive this scam. This is not the only one I recived. And the city of Toronto already has all our information so if they ask don't tell.

Some guy asked for someone who doesn't even live here. When I told him there was no one here by that name, he had the gall to ask me if I was sure.  I resisted the urge to tell him to go f*ck himself, and just hung up.

Got a call from this same number. No message left. Every time I call it back, its busy!

this # (1-855-483-0981)  is NOT COGECO Credit Collections.    I am getting calls from this # and I have NEVER had COGECO services of any kind.  My calls started yesterday.  Can they affect my credit rating?  I have received NO mail from this company at all to date.      Anyone have updates on this #?  Thx

I returned the missed call for 855-483-0981.  The woman cheerfully answered "Partners and Credits".  She asked for my number.  I gave it to her, and I asked what it was in reference to.  She said the call was for Anthony.  I asked her what it was in regards to she said it was private.  I told her there is no Anthony here and she just said, so I got the wrong number...I said yes, and she said OK, and hung up.  I hope I don't here from them again!!  Probably a bunch of BS

Pure scam. Supposedly if you answer it, it eats up some kind of cost on your phone. Same if you call them back,....you get nobody on the end of the phone, but they are bad news. Suppose to be a prepaid scam for pre pay phones only but not sure about that. Same if you call the number back. My family member (police ),If you ignore all 1-855 calls, eventually, (be patient, they diminish and then quit bugging

I am receiving, on average, 2 calls per day over a period of several weeks.  Even with the number blocked, I continueto receive calls daily.

If I receive another telephone call from your company I will be going to see my lawyer and charging you with harassment. Mr Gerald Pilgrim does not own this number as I have told you for the last 3 years. AGAIN if I hear a call or see your number on my phone expect harassment charges to be laid against you.

making calls , answering the calls but no answer just hung up after call is answer ..

This number calls my cell phone at least twice a day. Most of the time now we ignore it. In the past when we would answer it, it would be dead air until we hung up, or dead air for about two seconds and they'd hang up. Been getting calls from this number for a while now. However on my phone when the number shows on caller ID there's an extra 1 at the beginning. Odd.... and tiring!

It's 2017 and they are still calling. And they will be doing so because they are not getting caught.

I've gotten phone calls from this number a few times now and I don't answer but I did call them back today they are looking for someone else so clearly she cant tell me anything but I said this is a company line and not to call it again however a few days before I had another number calling saying they are a collections company looking for the same person. 800-492-8898
