Claimed to be from our credit card processing company. Claimed I needed to login to their website and update our information so that we won't continue to be overcharged on our fees.

Claimed to be from our card processing company.  Wanted me to go over my statement with her, so she could show overcharges.  Asked for  account number, etc...  SCAMMER!

Called sayingthey were from merchant services I was overcharged on my business account as it was setup under corporate and not small business. I couldnt log into my statement so said she would call back at 11 today but has not called

Don't give information to a "company" that doesn't give you a name and with whom you don't have an account.  If you have questions regarding your business or personal accounts, call using the numbers on your cards or the published numbers for those services.  A legitimate bank or credit card company would already have your information and will be able to help you when you call them.

Claimed to be Square our credit card processing system and calling about overcharges on our account. I asked which company they were with and she did not want to answer me. She just wanted to argue and say if you're okay with being overcharged then that's on you raising her voice at me. I kept asking what your company because you are clearly not SQUARE, she wouldn't answer. Clearly scammers, do not give them any information.

The bogus claims by these scammers really need to be responded to with a bogus claim from the receiving end.  Something like:

Yes, we know we are being overcharged, but it is okay.  We write it off on our income taxes AND pass it along to our customers in higher prices, so it is a win-win for us.  Have a good day.

Then end the call before they can try to figure out how to respond to the nonsense.

Received a call telling me that there has been a price increase since July and we have been getting overcharged. She wanted to know if we were getting our statements so she can over them with me.
Would not give me any more information, just kept talking about the price increase and asking to talk to the bookkeeper. I told her I was the bookkeeper and she can email me this information, since she should have the business email. Had to tell her that a few times before she gave up.

She claims that you're being overcharged for your processing fees
This is about the 4th or 5th time she has called us so today I ask for a mailing address and she gave me the address for a UPS mailbox center claims to be from payment Depot
I unfortunately years ago got tied up in a similar card processing scheme that took years to get out of with the SAME claim that your overpaying and we can fix it
Beware of scammers bringing gifts

Said she was with processing depot, and wanted to speak with the business owner or person in charge of card processing due to a recent rate increase in september (red flag: they don't know any names=they don't actually do any business with you!) when i said that does not sound legit, she hung up.    No surprise there!

Claimed to be from our credit card company. Wanted a statement emailed to her due to a "chargeback" we had pending that "we were going to win". Wouldn't provide any additional information regarding the supposed chargeback (there isn't one pending at this time). Stated someone above her would be reaching out with that information, but was very adamant that the statement was sent before we got off the phone. Told her I would be looking into this further before ANYTHING was sent out. This is the number she provided to call her back and stated that she expected to receive the statement from me in the next couple of hours. We won't be doing that.

got the same call but they left a voicemail. I will delete and block.

Called saying was from square, didn't even know my name. clearly a scam. I was more assured once I reversed looked up number.
