It's a collection agency.

The person claimed to be from a business called 'CJB' and asked my birth date. I hung up. I'm  guessing the person wants to steal people's identity.

Phishing. Claims they are from a company cbv, no such company. They are trying to gather personal info. Do not give them anything.

If possible, select the caller in you calls history and block.

A girl called me and said that to access my confidential file she needed my birth date. I asked who they were and what it's about and she replied their name CBV and that she didn't know the purpose of the call because it's confidential. Then she asked again the birth date to access the file and to confirm info "she already had". I've told I would not "give" info if I don't know what it's about. She said that I wouldn't "give info" because they already have it. I have said "well what does tell me you really have it?" and she said they would continue calling and she quickly hung up. This is nothing but scammy and phishy!

Compagnie CBV Recovering agency

They said they were from Rogers telecom and asked for my name birthdate and something else, I forget. I asked what the call was about, then told the guy I was reporting the call. He replied I would miss out on something and hung up quickly.

A guy called saying they are from Rogers. Asked for my birth date and my address. I hung up.

Deb collector from fido the guy told me to find the cash in 48hr this is guys is.a assol

Scam scam.

Thank you for your post. I received a call yesterday from this number for my hubby. They claimed to be from CBV wouldn't tell me who they were or what they wanted. The female voice was aggressive. Watch out! I agree with the others, don't give them anything. I've blocked the number. Hope this helps someone.

This unknown number called twice within the hour and they never even bother to leave a message. I will hangup every single time since I don't answer unknown numbers.

This company started call me just today but they don't leave a message.

Just received a text message from a 450 number telling me to call the 1-855-553-4015 saying its important ..thank you all for the info not to call back

I just received a txt message from 14387962832 asking me if I was Carole Barbier (not me, obviously). It's written to call back number 1855-553-4015. They indicate to write back to the number if it's an error (DON'T ANSWER and block the number)

This person texted me saying I need to call this number ‭1 (855) 553-4015‬ right away because it’s important & had my full name so I called them & a man asked the phone and said are calls are recorded.. how am I suppose to know if this is a scam or not? They said I owe a lot of money to Fido & gave me options. Scam or not?? Need help they said they will call me back at 11am today.

J'ai reçu un message texte venant de se numero pour mon ex avec un numéro de référence c'est une agence de recouvrement .... J'ai apeller a ce numero et je leur ai dit que c'était pas le numéro de mon ex et qu'on était séparé la dame a gentiment enlever mon numéro et ma souhaiter bonne journée

They call and when I answer they hang up...lol
Also the text they sent me had the wrong spelling of my name when I did speak with them they said i owe CIBC more than $10000 i laughed and hung up...I dont deal with CIBC  and if i did I'm sure they would have the correct spelling of my name..so i say Scam  be careful

Several texts per week providing from 1-438-796-2852 asking me to call 1-855-553-4015. Telling me they need me to call number asap. I never respond.
