Found this during my search concerning this phone number: 855-560-4871

On 3-2-1013, I called USA Benefits in reference to the $100 Walmart card. I spoke to someone name Steven. He asked for my credit card to bill me $6.95.  Before transferring me to another department to get a confirmation number, I hung up. I checked the USA Benefits on line and found all these complaints about USA Benefits. Steven called me back to process the order. I hung up again, and he called me again to verify information I already gave him. I asked Steven for USA Benefits address and he said Phoenix only and no address, and he could not give out the company address, and he hung up the phone.

I also have just recieved my first postcard in the mail saying that I have $100 in unclaimed reward good at walmart, target and many more. it is a scam as they also wanted my credit or deibt card number. plus i called back 5 times in a row to see if i could get an american on the line & to no prevail. all i got were 5 different men with very heavy foreign accents, so foreign I couldnt even understand a few of them. but with names like jack, jason, brad, brian, & steven. give me a break here. since when did american names become so popular in other foreign companys. they sound like they are from india, where another scam they tried to run on me were at. they called me saying there was criminal activity going on on my new laptop I had just bought 2 weeks prior & they needed me to get in front of my computer & give them the licence number to see if it was the same one they had. they claimed they were calling from the windows security department. what a joke. i told them i was at work & finally talked the man into giving me a call back number & told him i would call him as soon as i got home from work. I then googled the callback number he gave me & it was a very big scam. so big they had gotten $thousands & thousands of dollars from ppl. theres got to be a way these ppl can get caught. i mean c'mon now, if they can catch a child molester through the computer why cant they catch & prosecute these scam artist living large of the honest &innocents hard earned money???? the phone number that was on the card i recieved in the mail today was different than the number above. the number on my card was 1-844-800-1909.
