Hey, all you posters here, I will give you a clue: the caller is Forum Research. Market research companies are exempt from do-not-call rules, so they can call you, landline or mobile. You may not like it, I certainly don't, but those are the rules. If you're going to spend time posting complaints on sites like this, at least be familiar with the NDCL and Telemarketing rules.

As a ROT, true.. But they can still get into trouble if they do not place you on their internal DNC when asked. Per State DNC may also differ from the Federal DNC as well depending on state.  Survey outfits have lost their state licenses over not doing things right btw..

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Called me (Ottawa ON) twice today, didn't leave any message. Got a LOT more spam call since I joined Cineplex Scene membership, they are selling my info to spam call companies >:/

Did a *69 to find out the last number that called me. Received this call at 9:32am PST on Saturday January 31st 2015. East Indian accent saying he was calling from TNN (?) and asking if I had a few minutes to do a Survey. Said I was busy at this time. He said it is an Online Survey. I said - I don't do Online Surveys. He also said I would get paid $20.00. Tried to get off the line by wishing him the best with his difficult job but he hung up before I finished speaking. Now reported here ... "?" ?? I live in Canada as well - BC.

According to my phone's log, this number has called and left zero messages on: Jan. 27 @2:35pm; Jan. 29 @11:14am; Jan. 29 @4:10pm; Jan. 30 @1:43pm; Jan. 30 @9:25pm; Feb. 2 @11:48am; and Feb. 3 @12:36pm. This is harassing behaviour and there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it. Most of the time, they're calling during work hours!

This site does not belong to the company that is calling you at your number and bothering you. This site is for the people who are receiving these calls just like you to report on any information they may find out about the caller. It's generally not a good idea to post your phone number online unless you're advertising a business.

I received a call from this number 4 times today.

Called (first time ever today) & left no message, so it is some kind of telemarketer.  I am on Canada's "Do Not Call" list, which is useless.

Got this call on my cel on Sunday Feb 8, 2015 at 12:13pm. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.

This number is calling me every hour starting 2pm today and  it is 7pm now.
Never leaves a message.
very annoying!

I suggest there be a backcharge to unwanted callers of say around $10/min with a minimum charge of 5 minutes.

They have been calling me several times a day every day or every other day for weeks. I've never answered and am starting to get pretty annoyed. I'm a student during exam period i don't need this BS! Wish I knew how to make them stop!

They called 5 times today and left no messages. Greater Toronto Area.

Got a call today at 1.50 mountain time.  When I answered the call a lady answered stating it is a survey company doing demographic research.  She wanted my name, birth year and postal code.  when I told her I cannot give such information on phone due to privacy act.  She said that If I felt so then it was okay and thanked me.

They keep calling and calling and calling. It's so annoying!
