    Caller ID comes up as only number. When answered a very loud and annoying recording of a woman's voice blares out "HI! This is Sydney from AT&T TV! I have some great deals regarding your account, do you have a moment to talk?"  No matter what your response is, the recording just keeps going, asks you for the last 4 digits of your account, asks for the phone number associated to your AT&T TV account, etc.  I just kept saying "What account?" and finally the recording said "OK, goodbye".  When the number is called back it says "Sorry, the toll free number you have dialed is unassigned"
