C&B company name.  Person who called (female) said processor server would be serving papers between noon and 3:00 to remember court.

Got the same call today, called the number and it kept Ringing. Any update on this from your end?

Call sounded very suspicious and was “unknown” only knew my name. Then gave me C&B phone number to cal back with case number. Seems like huge scam alert there.

Called, saying sealed documents would be delivered between noon and 3. Said they would try work first, then home. Said I should clear my schedule.
Highly suspicious call. Especially with the threat to come to my work or home.

TOTAL SCAM
Caller stated they were sending people the following day to serve legal papers. (First off, process servers don't call and company's aren't allowed to serve their own court documents). Refused to provide any paperwork for debt claimed until an agreement was made to pay off debt. NEVER AGREE TO SEND MONEY WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION!
