Left robot message  that made no sense but to call them?????

this was some company stating that there was a warrant for my arrest over some payday loan  he almost had me until he said the charge would be tax evasion i at that point laughed at him and hung up

had my attorney call and turned out to be legit. apparently i am not being charged for the loan but i have charges being filed against me for a check i wrote out and bounced. i couldn't afford to take care of this then and can't afford to take care of this now or pay for my attorney to help me with something like this. guess they'll have to lock me up ***k it i been there before.

These people calling employer saying they going to have me locked up for fraud.  When ask for what. They say payday loan.  I said provide the documentation.to verify this loan I don't recall. In writing. And they hung up...

Sounds like BULL***T , debt collectors harass you for payment not to tell you what your being charged with. your " Attorney" would sue these idiot for harassing you about something that the county you live in is in charge of. these scam artists / mediators / collection agencies found out you didn't pay your payday loan. the loan company is the one that reports it to the county. why would they pay some one to tell you what they can tell you themselves.  sounds like the scammers are putting these posts up to scar others. wouldn't put it past you corn holes.

lazareth markovic and assoc....Always looking for the same person (not me). The jerk that calls will not answer my question as to why/how they have my number. He continues to hang up on me. I think I annoyed him by calling back so many times and that made me happy!

Had two recorded messages and 1 phone call today from these people.  They told me that I will be charged with a felony unless I pay them $750.00 today.  I almost believed it until I came across these posts.  I am reporting them to the AG.  

This is a lie.  This poster was planting false information to advance this scam.  Debt is a civil, not a criminal matter.   They should lock this poster up --- for wire fraud.

Read the post closer and please educate yourself to the law before you give legal advice sir. You are correct debt is civil but writing a physical bad check is not civil my friend.

When I do "read the post closer [sic]", it's another shill portraying a fatalistic victim, trying to confuse a defaulted payday loan with a "hot check". Once more from the top, no one is arrested or jailed in North America simply for allegedly owing a PDL, my fiend. How many times will your boss need to be sued before you shills are taught the FTC definition of "consumer debt"?

Nice try you low life shill.  First, I find it ironic that someone who is barely literate such as yourself would ever try to tell someone to "educate yourself".  I know plenty about the law, its enforcement and application ;).  

You are not smart enough to know you are stupid.  You are trying to pull as fast one here by equivocating "hot check" laws (even if it is a posted date check) to pay day loans.  Apples and oranges.  And even for straight "hot checks" there are various specific statutes involved (not the least of which is the statute of limitations),  Those charges typical require one demonstrates intent as well.

The only "intent to defraud" in this case involves you.  You are willfully planting false information here to deceive consumers in furtherance of a criminal enterprise.
