Recieved this call stating they were litigation company and I owed 120 from payday loan, asked for verification they could not provide any, said my payment must be secured by card only. I offered to send money order and he blew up said I would get a failure to appear notice etc. I called check n go to verify and I have no write off or balance in system, also when they called my parents house they represented themselves as a FInney county court officer. Beware people
