Ms. Maldanado left a message saying they need to speak with my attorney or myself due to an old matter and she is calling from "SRS Litigation", the first thing out of her mouth was this messages is intended for you only, but she never said a name, plain BS !!

I had the same thing today.  Same person left the same info as above.

I got this message transcription, “Good afternoon this is Stephanie Maldonado I specialize in mitigation with the offices of us are us I need to speak with either yourself or your attorney in order to obtain a statement on behalf of the _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ placed in my office we have been retained regarding the overall evaluation of this claim _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ the request of a client that we are representing due to this being a vital issue this will require the immediate attention of either yourself or your attorney if you can reach my office directly at 855-598-6607…”

I got a similar call stating it was a legal matter several weeks ago where she said this number was given as a contact number for someone whose name she gave. It wasn’t anyone I know.

She called from this number: 949-383-4556

Message from Stephanie Maldanado saying the same thing wanting to speak to me or my attorney..never said my name directly.

Same thing as everyone else. Never states who she’s trying to call for. Said she represents SRS. Asks to call back to an 800 number.

Got the same message this morning. She never mentioned my name, just says this message is intended for “you”. Sounds fishy to me!

I got the same message, just with different numbers. Called from 617-379-3320 and said to call back at 844-227-0373. Sounds like garbage to me.

I got the same call from Stephanie Maldonado- gave an address that doesn’t exist from 615-806-6544

My husband received a message from Stephanie Maldonado. Apparently she works for SRS attorneys out of Florida. I read everyone's messages regarding this call and we have the same message to a T. Question... You suggested that this would be a scam. May I ask If you return the call. And if any litigation or lawsuit was placed upon you for not following up if you did not call and follow-up? I find everybody's input be very valuable advice. With much respect, an American citizen and friend.

states she is collecting for her client no case number law firm or etc

Same as all others. Never gives name of person she’s calling for. Very suspicious.

Same as above. I have nothing in collections & they never said my name. Definite scam.

Received a call today from 855-615-0157, from Stephany Maldonado From SRS  legal. same thing, however she threated to get further actions if the call was not return.

She and another person named Denise Sawyer have been trying to get me to call them for the past month.  They obtained my number from a relative who provided my contact numbers.  Obviously they are slimy as all get out...they probably work off of public record.  Anyone of importance would have my contact info and if it were as urgent as they profess it is there would have been some form of written correspondence.
