- pat| 1 replyThis is one of the front groups for Krasa eye product. Said it was customer service. Do not buy from this group. Every month they try to bill for product I never got. They will bill under all sorts of front groups. Don't do it. It is like talking to a brick wall.

- DYoungTN| 1 replyThey just called me twice and I didn't answer. They called directly after I had called to complain about charges to my credit card! It's a huge scam. Going under these names with me: Prache Skin, Skin Noble, Eye Majestic. Already fighting and disputing charges of over $500 on my card!! It started with me ordering a sample of one product with only S&H to pay. From there they added another product without my permission with just S&H. Then the monthly BIG charges began showing up for both of these products. Don't bother calling them to fight it. They give you the run around and outright lies! Sick, evil people out there working as thieves.

The Company also offers a 14 day trial offer of Product, conveniently coupled with automatic enrollment in Company's subscription service (“Subscription”). We are confident you will enjoy using the Product, and invite you to try it. However, you are only eligible to receive a single 14 day trial offer from the Company. The 14 day trial offer includes a full 30 day supply of Product and an automatic enrollment in a subscription. By submitting an order for a trial offer, you agree to pay a non-refundable shipping and handling fee as will be detailed on the Website prior to checkout, but is generally less than $6.95. Please note that shipping and handling fee will appear as two separate charges on your credit card statement.
If you are not satisfied with the Product in your trial offer, you should immediately contact customer service representatives at (US) 1-888-801-2785 (AU) 6-187-070-6147 to process a cancellation. Alternatively, you may send an email with "Cancellation" as the written subject heading, to cancel@rollonskincareltd.com. In the event that your email fails to contain the appropriate subject heading, your cancellation may not be processed.
Your 14 day trial offer use period begins from the date your order is submitted on the Website. To avoid automatic enrollment in a subscription, you must cancel your trial before expiration of the 14 day trial period. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the 14 day trial offer use period, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number via email to return the Product. Returns of the Product must be made within 14 days from the date the RMA issues. If the Company receives the product within the 14 day return period, the Company: (1) WILL NOT charge you for the Product (but the Company does not refund amounts paid for shipping and handling); (2) WILL NOT enroll you in a subscription; and (3) WILL NOT send any additional Product to you. Typically Products are delivered within three to five business days from the order date. If you do not receive your Product within five business days after placing an order, please contact our customer service representative for an estimated delivery date and/or tracking information.
In the event that you do not cancel, in writing, before the end of the 14 day trial offer period, the Company will automatically enroll you in a subscription and charge the credit/debit card on file with your account the full retail price for Product each month as posted on the Website. SUBSCRIPTION: Those enrolled in a Subscription automatically receive a 30 day supply of the Product every 30 days (approximately), with no further action required. The Company will charge the credit/debit card on file with your account the retail purchase price amount as posted on the Website beginning 30 days after you place your original order and continuing every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your Subscription in writing. BILLING, PAYMENT, AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
As consideration for Company's sale and delivery of Products to you, you agree to timely pay all sums due and owing (including the purchase price of Products and related shipping and handling costs). For your convenience and at your option, you may elect to pay with a credit card or debit card. As part of completing and submitting any order for Product through the Website, you are required to click a box indicating your approval of the transaction. Such approval action includes verification that your name, address, and billing information are correct, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company may rely upon your click and submission of an order as confirming your agreement (1) to purchase the Products ordered and (2) to be bound by this Agreement.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company's reliance upon your click and submission is specifically sanctioned by the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act. Both laws specifically preempt all state laws recognizing only paper and handwritten signatures. You expressly waive any claim and/or right purporting to require only paper and handwritten signatures, in favor of your click and submission as described herein.
Any and all Products you purchase from the Company are subject to the terms of this Agreement. Any and all risk of loss or damage, and title for Products, pass to you upon the Company's delivery of the Products to the carrier for your benefit.
