yes received a voice message from my hr department of my employer and message stated I am Nick Doody and I am trying to serve Sally papers and we can not reach her at work or at home please call the summons department at 855-602-7999 and therefore Sally considered you served.  I called and got a Timothy Sparks (who sure as the same voice as Nick Doody) and he states they only do inbound calls and he does not know Nick. Tim could only tell me it steems from a 03-2008 payday loan.  I asked him to serve me at home and quit calling my job and he hung up on me.

this is kind of funny......because that same number called me almost 1 month ago .......and since then my attorney has been working with there attorney....!  trying to make an out or court settlement!!! so stop miss enforming people.......maybe there are people out there scamming but as far as i and my attorney are concerned this is 100% legit!!!!

This is a version of the you-have-committed-a-crime extortion scam and you are being...
1. charged with fraud or passing bad checks or embezzlement or
2. served with a court summons or arrest warrant or bench warrant or whatever or
3. located in preparation to being served or for a lawsuit or to be arrested or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address or SSN or whatever so you can be served or your papers can be processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

they called my job they told me that I was going to seved papers today at my job that it was the only place that they could serve me the paper work I had to call the number up I know the payday loan place they are talking about they want me to send them money tommorow first thing the guy told me to call that number with  in a half hour   nobody  showed up. so they are expecting a phone call form me tommorow

I got a call from these stupid people today. They called my job and houned the receptionist to interrupt me in a meeting with the owners of the company. She came in tell all the business. So embarrassing. But the guy tells me to call this number because he was on his was to summons me. Gave me a case # and everything. Thank God for this forum because he could not even tell me the name of the company he was summonsing me for. So I googled the number and found this. My mom called the company and she said yeah they are scam. How can I go about suing this company? I am so pissed off right now!!

totally a scam this people have been calling me and my work for about 3 months now.  very rude. ive try calling back and all i get is them asking me for my bank information. they ask me to settle with them out of court for 1500 dollars. all i had to do was give them and confirm my info. which i didnt do they told me i would be serve and it never happen. 3 months later they call me again. same guy just with a different name. all they want is your money

You are a complete idiot by making this comment.  These are legitimate scams not bill collectors and people that have debt are not the reason for these calls, they are criminals that do not wish to get a job like normal people.  So shut the hell up and I hope it happens to you too loser!  Get a life and wake up to what goes on with the Internet.  There are real legitimate FBI cases on these scams.  Legitimate collections agencies do not call and tell people they are going to be arrested and make up fake debts.  You should be ashamed of yourself for making this ridiculous comment.  I pay my bills on time, have virtually no debt and I received one of these calls.  So next time make sure you know what you are talking about before making a dumb statement such as this.

Connor's lawyer must be an idiot because you can't be served by phone. Therefore these people who are saying that you have now been served are lying scammers. Hmmm. That's have been unsuccessful in speaking with you directly. It's imperative that you do contact the responsible party handling your case today. That number is 855-602-3872. Case number XXXXXXX or to compile communicate in a timely manner will result in immediate service at this time is at which point of time. You will appear in court on the date of clothes in a meantime I will contact your HR manager of corporate office to indicate these charges as well as the service of process to have you start on the premises of your work place. If I'm unable to reach you at your home. This message will serve as your official and final not ification"
