This number has called several times in last couple of hours.  When I pick up receiver but say nothing, it hangs up in about 20 seconds.  The last time it called, it had 800 in front of 855-609-3396.

This number calls multiple times a day, and it's a new number the next day. It's a recording that says, "Hi, this is Ralph. How are you today? [pauses, I answered 'horrible'] Says he's raising money for EMS and firefighters (no specific organization) to buy new equipment. Doesn't sound legit at all. Since the number changes every day, it's impossible to block it.
