11/2015 Calls came in "Capital One" and i never answered.  Now they are using other numbers.  I acquired a card from HSBC in '97.  I never paid HSBC but to a collection company.  The card said Union Plus on it.  Now Capital One wants to claim that they own the HSBC account.  I've written two letters noticing them that they have not been given authorization from the Authorized Representative of the NAME.
My next letter will come from the "Office of the Executor" because we are all Offices of our NAME. the account was never in my natural name but in my Corporate name or Birth Certificate name.  So I am representing the NAME which I am the Paramount Creditor for.  I shall claim that they owe me $1,000 for each unwanted call.  They will need to verify itemized charges and there never was; haven't use the card since 2008 The balance is small and the interest is only 3.9%; That's why I never use the card; new charges would have the high rate.  Capital One bought the account without my knowledge or authorization to do so and probably for about two bits.  They let me keep the low rate hoping that I would never notice and I didn't notice for 3 years.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:  When you sign a check the line that you sign on holds a great secret that can help you understand just who you are and the power that you possess if you claim it..  The line itself says AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE... ending in MP which  tells you that there is a secret hidden in micro-print.  They keep the secret that we ALL are authorized representatives of our NAME.  Never claim to be the NAME; OWN the NAME and start saying "I go by the NAME...or I go by.  You are never a picture or a name; even your naturally given name is a label for commercial purposes.  Only a corporation can have a LAST name; you have a surname or a family name!
If an authority figure asks for your ID, tell the officer that you are required "by law" to inform them that you are not a corporation (or the trustee of any corporation unless you somehow are).  The official cannot act against you only your corporation.(birth certificate name)  You are the secured party creditor, executor and beneficiary of that name, NOT debtor, trustee or DEFENDANT.

I saw a guy trying to claim what the above poster claims in a court.
The Judge was very patient with him and listened to all the BS about names etc.
In the final analysis, the Judge threw the book at him, his birth name his corporate name etc.
This was a real court case (in Florida). I think the Judge was a lot more patient with the nut than I would have been. Each time the guy smarted out to the Judge, the Judge gave him additional fines and jail time using all the names the guy claimed.
Bottom line: A lot of worthless BS.

My husband has gotten a call from this number many times, never answered. I decided to call it back they did answer as capital one, and immediately asked for an account number. I told them my husband has no account with them asked for the phone number (my husbands) said they could not find the number, and said they would remove it from their list..seems a whole lot fishy to me.

Claims to be capital one, but if you are a capital one customer you are well aware of how they ask to verify your information. This person asks for entire account #...Red Flag. Refused and they call 10+ times a day and never leaves a voice mail.  What creditor does not leave voice mail?

They called me 2 times today. Claimed I owed $85 and if I paid them it would take care of my account unti, March. (What a lot of crap). He wanted to know if I wanted to pay him. I told him that I realized it was a scam and that I would call capitol one from the number on my bill. Hope they stop calling.

I answered after they had been calling for weeks.  The guy said he was from Capitiol One and I had missed a payment, but could make a payment over the phone. I called [***] on him.  I checked my account to be sure and as I thought everything was current.

The calls are from Capital One Credit Card Services. Either a late payment or even a few dollars spent over your charge limit will prompt these calls to bring account up to date.
