Called my cell phone. A recorded message with my son's name inserted as the intended recipient. Another one of those "you're a naughty person and the boogy man is coming to get you today at 5pm unless you pay your fine to us on the phone with your credit card right now". My son got into a little trouble over 12 years ago and everything was taken care of then, but these people get ahold of public arrest/court records and try to scare people into thinking they might still be in trouble. PLEASE PLEASE don't fall for this scam!! If you owed anything at all, rest assured you would've been notified long ago by mail from the courthouse, not cold-called by someone who can't give you any information about a "case" they claim came across their desk today. Ask them for the case number and their name and phone number and tell them you are going to verify with the authorities and see how fast they hang up!

Called my home saying his name is Richard Ricardo and that I have 24 hrs to call him before he contact local prosecutor and file charges against me and have a warrant out for my arrest hahahahaha!
I needed a good laugh today. it must have taken him all day to practice saying that he only stumbled over his words once. I think Lucy is looking for her husband Ricky Ricardo!

Just got a call from Bianca Moore saying phone call was my official notice and i was getting two complaints filed against me and a warrant was going to be issues for my arrest unless i called back. total bs. so glad i checked online first before getting into it with them over the phone.

Oh, and this will be the FINAL attempt to contact me by phone.  Great.  But why do they keep calling back when it is always their final attempt?

Just recieved a call/message from a local number telling me she was looking for someone whom I don't recognize. Saying 2 felonies are pending from a Target in Dallas County (wherever the hell that is) unless the call to this 855 number is returned. Nice try.

I received a call from this number stating that an attorney is handling two bad checks, which I've never written. The attorney name is Ann Bennett. Who is always in court until I asked to speak to her only and she "magically" appeared. Said I would be served court documents at 7 pm. No processor ever came!

Received call from 855-623-5291 who informed me to call MRB attorneys at 877-385-7658 there was a warrant for my arrest from a payday loan which I never had. Gave a docket number but no docket number filed at courthouse. This company is FRAUD. They are trying to muscle money out of innocent people.

Same dumb Ass left me a message to, from a 850 area code but left a message to call 8556235291....

The whocallslme site gives them a name of Metzler Reese and Bennett.  So far as I can tell no such group.  Total scam.  Ignore and block the calls.

Called my dad and told him if i didn't call them back before the end of the day, they were going to file a felony case against me. I called to see what the hell was going on. They said I owe on a payday loan and if not paid in full by Monday,  they are submitting my case to the county and have a warrant issued for my arrest

No attorney at that location or they would know their threat of arrest was illegal. If they call and threaten you with arrest again, tell them that statement just cost them $1000 for a violation of 15 USC 1692 (Fair Debt Collection Pracitces Act) and ask them how they want to pay.

Dear Sir:
I got a call from this number claiming to be a group of attorneys. Would give me no information and wanted to clarify my social security number. When I refused, he began to yell that he would be along with an affadavit to arrest me at my home. I asked him to stop calling me and my entire family, and an entire family of friends who have nothing to do with me. He hung up. When I called back, I was put on hold.

Received a voicemail saying her name is Jane Guffrey from United Servicing and Processing, saying they are filing charges and in the next 24 hours I will be arrested. Saying I have a 2 part felony complaint. As I see from above, this is a scam. If the IRS or Marion Co Prosecuters are looking for you, trust they will find you by letter or at your home. SCAMMMMMM

Called me yesterday and today also called my elderly father threatening to file 2 felony class b charges against me. They had an old address but debt information from 2007-2009. I called back and they got aggressive and angry when I asked them to stop harassing my father

Scammers.  Probably attempting identity theft.  Don't give them any personal information.

Got a voicemail from Bianca stating that there was an arrest warrant out for someone that I never heard of, they had the wrong number. Thought I'd be a nice guy and inform them they had the wrong number so I called them back and Robert answered at which point I tried to inform him of the snafu and to my surprise he became very aggressive and started to shout. I informed that I would be contacting the FCC to report his company and that sent him over the top, he accused me of being divorced and a dead-beat dad and then after some choice words he hung up on me… So I called back and asked nicely that I be added to his do not call list which he claimed he had no obligation to do so and that it was my fault my number was called because the person they were trying to call gave it to them and spewed some more nonsense and hung up.
