From my research they are a scam the debt they claim I have does not exist.  i contacted the original creditor to confirm and never have I had a debt with them.  We need to get the people doing this shut down and prosecuted.  Please file a complaint with your local Attorney General's office and the CFPB (consumer financial protection bureau).  Please help me get these people stopped.

I got a call from this no 855-623-8240 and scammed me for $1000. Don't believe them they are scammer

I'm getting like 5 calls a day from this number!! I haven't yet answered but it's getting fcking ridiculous

Same person who has called me at least 50 times from other numbers.  But this time - he took it TOO far.  As soon as I said "I have asked you to stop calling me, there is NO William here ..." He got verbally abusive and VULGAR.  "I want to f*** you with my big d*** - and that was the least of his profanity.  Of course you can't call him back!  I recorded it as the FCC / FTA directed me to next time he calls so we'll see how far that gets us.

I get calls saying I am approved for a loan up to $5000.00 I never apply so I told him.

I get calls from this number and other similar number and female person address an "important matter and I should have my attorney or myself contact them". This go on for about a week then the caller turn to a man who states the above and to avoid court expenses I have to contact them within 48 hours". Well obviously I don't and just today I get a early message as follows " this is investigator Matt Oakley we have a serious matter to discuss and if you do not respond we will issue a warrant for your arrest!"
Well I remember receiving a email with a copy of a fake warrant attached with the name Matthew Oakley... I reported it ... It is a scam...if you are receiving notification that your loan has been approved... Soon after you will receive these calls.... No enforcement will come at you this way.  This is a scare tatic that works on some people who hear the word warrant or investigator and panic. Think about it why are they only using cell phone/home phones to call people and emails but do not MAIL Anything!  These people need to be stopped!

They are on the internet as wel.  Call themselves “Tru Loans”.  Beware these crooks stop at nothing!!!
