Just got a scam call to my cell from an income tax scammer.  Here is a transcript of their scamming voicemail:
"My name is Violet Thomas calling from the Taxpayer Assistance Team. I wanted to reach you directly because your case just hit a critical deadline. Long story short, your account has been qualified for an offer and compromise analysis, and that's a big deal. Under the currently not collectible. Depending on your situation, you might owe significantly less than what the IRS says you do right now. Time is really not on your side here. The IRS can move to liens, levies, or garnishments at any point. Give me a call back the moment you hear this. 607294-9001 just so you have it, 6072949001. I've got everything ready on my end. I just need to hear from you, um, soon."

I just reported them too. Left a message that said the same thing. I reported them.
