These idiots call my cell all the time...I never answer and they never leave a message...Today, they called my grandmothers house and had her all upset saying that I had a warrant for my arrest from a fraudulent check 3 years ago...HAHA I filed bankruptcy and had my creditors meeting last Friday...So, even if they were LEGIT...Too Bad So Sad!! I called them back about 20 times and to no surprise they don't answer. I am sick and tired of these people calling my phone 18 hours a day!

A woman from this number 855-641-6960 called my parents home asking for me.  This woman said it was in regards to wire fraud charges and referenced the last four digits of my soc sec #.  Said it was in my best interests to call her or she would be going forward with charges in the county that I live in (she had the name of the county that I live in) and also referenced a docket #.  Of course the "docket #" is bogus, but it was a little unsettling that this woman had some of my personal info.  Plus how on earth did they get my parents number?  I'm forty something years old and havent lived with my parents in 30 some odd years.

I recieved a call from mcculley associates telling me I owed money on a bad check. The check was used to pay a pay day loan I had been renewing for over a year I could NOT get it paid off so I had to keep reborrowing. I finally had to fiile for bankruptcy in 2010 , bankruptcy went through all the channels ad was granted in Oct 2010. McCaulley calls me a year and a half later threatening arrest if I didnt pay some $1500. Honestly I freaked out so I called the attorney that did the bankruptcy for meHer advice was to give them her phone number if they calledback which an hour later they did I gave them my atttys name and phone number and havent heard back from them since. I'm glad to so others not taken in by their scare tactics. Dont let them threaten you , you could even give the name and number of a made up atty and that may work as well. Hang InThere  And dont let them threaten you !!!!

Bill M- You have just described "Zombie Debt". You filed for bankruptcy, but the debt lives on. It is 100% uncollectable - period. Bankruptcy wiped your debt clean, but that doesn't mean someone won't try to collect on it. In the years to come anyone who calls you, do the same thing you just did.

This woman called my brothers house today, telling them they had an arrest warrant for me for fraudlant checks and from the county that I use to live in three years ago, she gave them a docket number and everything. Then a couple hours later the same woman called my brothers wife's parents looking for me and gave them the same information. I can't figure out how they got all there contact numbers.

So - We got another message on the answering machind - almost a month between calls.  But what I want to know - how do we make them stop?  I can see the elderly getting upset about these calls - heck - it upsets me to think somebody knows this much about my family's life.

Funny, they call and leave a message on my home phone.  No name identifying who they are looking for and talking about filing suit for bank fraud in PG County, Maryland.  Mind you, they are calling VA.  Started not to call them back after reading all this stuff but I did.  First thing Investigator Dixon (guess that is how they refer to themselves) ask my name NOPE not giving it. Tell her I will give you a case number that was left and you tell me who it is referring to...technically, they shouldn't give out that information (I work for the Assistant US Attorney's office).  Any hoot, I proceed to tell her remove my home number off their roster that is my EX-husband and he has NOT lived at my home since 1995.  Good luck dealing with him as he has dementia.  She says ok sorry and hangs up

This number called.my moms house and told my mom that they were gonna issue a warrant for my arrest so I called them and in a matter of 5 minutes they told me that the total owed was close to 2000 dollars and that I could make payments of close to 500 a month I said.i couldnt afford.that and she kept dropping it down and she wouldnt let me hang up the phone till I said.i had to go pick up money. When I tried to hang up she would say were gonna issue a warrant.this phone number is a scam to get u to pay a debt collactor.they are soo foolish

They watch this webpage cause she called  me and  said  maybe you should not  post  on the  internet  if  you don't  know what  you are talking about i  told  her to  stop  calling  me  they are a scam  and she said we  will  see all  they  do   is  threaten   people and  the  funny  thing is  when   I called them  i  called with  a  blocked number  how did they  get   my  phone  number. these  people  have nothing better to  do  then  harass  me  all  day that's all they  have been  doing DON'T SEND MONEY TO THEM

Bec 855 is toll free.  *67 doesn't hide anything from toll free or 911. You need to use Google voice or something like that to hide your real number.

they called my work number and rang half of the extentions in my office.. they spoke to my boss.. I called this guy up the next day at the 855-641-6960 number ... His name is William Frost.. and I told him to NEVER call my work number again and to mail me anything I needed to have.. he wanted to email me.. I told him.. MAIL IT TO ME AT HOME AND DO NOT BOTHER ME AT MY JOB.. and hung up on him.. what a creep..

i got my phone calls from this numbers and others they said same thing i was going to go to jail. it said i owe a cash loan at check n go online. this (855)641-6960 camed up then i had someone call me from unlisteed number said her number kim dean. wanted to to send her money and said i owed the bank to. i said no cause i dont owe anything. these people get away with alot. she wanted a credit card. i said nope.
just watch these numbers.

They threatened to put a lien on my car..can they do that? They didn't speak directly to me..they left a message..

Tell all these people to [***] off and get a better job.

They CANNOT collect ANYTHING or threaten you with ANYTHING.

Called from 855-641-6960 but has used several numbers and "unavailable" with all zero's in their numbers. They asked for someone who I don't know. When they called a couple of weeks ago, I was told they would remove my number. Today they called from this new number and again asked for someone I don't know. I tod them that there was nobody by that name living here and that they had called a couple of weeks ago asking the same thing and I was told they would remove me from their caling list. Upon stating this, the agent talked over me and read off other another name which I never heard of and I told her to remove me from her calling list. In mid sentence, she hung up on me. I did some research and found that they are a company called "MCauley, Davidson, & Associates".  I have since blocked the number but it will perhaps be another couple of weeks before they starting calling from another number. BEWARE!

Called and got a mr king. Said nothing abs hung up

They were so rude the first time I called them, telling me to get a life, etc.  She said they were from Michael Deegan & Assoc. And the next timeIi called someone named Marge Horowitz answered and although she was nice, she tried to strong arm me into paying $500 for it all to go away.  I'm  glad I found this site to proveIi was right about it being a scam.
