This is the collection agency thru University Hospital Business Office. They only ask for a name and yet do not say who they are if you tell them that person is not there. They do not even say their name.

This number has continued to call my cell phone and not say a word. I say hello there is a 20-30 second pause and the other end simply hangs up. If this is University Hospital it is very unprofessional to just have a call hang up. I would like to add as far as I know there's no open/late invoices with this hospital so I'm utterly confused why I continue to get this call.
