Just got a call from 855-703-7292.
This is some company called 'Loan Care'...  I don't know what this is about at all but google says other people are receiving these calls as well.... I just opened an LLC through LegalZoom.... A huge mistake.... Now I get telemarketing and scam calls all day long... fuclk you LegalZoom.

Bogus call from "Loan Care". Needless to say we don't have a relationship with a company called Loan Care. They may have scraped our company number off our website. Sucks. What do they hope to accomplish?

I keep getting random calls from this number... U cannot proceed until u enter an account # or SSN.  The problem is I don't have a loan number with this company.  I know if I give up my SSN, then they have it along with possibly verifying my address, employer, or whatever else those [***] ask for.  DON'T CALL THEM!!!

I actually send my mortgage payments thru loan care. So they are a legit company. Maybe they have wrong numbers in their database and that's why people are erroneously receiving their calls/messages.

3 calls in past 3 days and i do not know who this is, no relationship with a company call loan care.

This is a legit company.  But i suggest you call your mortgage loan company customer service to see if there is a problem.  Turned out my payment amount changed and I didn't update my payment amount in my bill pay.

Loan Care processes mortgage loans from Freedom Mortgage along with other things.  There was a problem processing my mortgage payment, so that's why they called me.

I got two calls from them in the last three days.

I do not believe it is a legitimate company because (1) they never left any message (A legitimate company would leave a message) and (2) when I called it back, it asked me for my Social Security Number before continuing.

Stay away!

The message said LoanCare was making a "courtesy call" and asked me to call at my convenience.  Because I have a mortgage through a company with that same name I called them back.  However, when I was asked to give my ssn, I knew it was a scam and hung up.  I have reported it to my mortgage company.  They confirmed they have no affiliation with this phone number.  

I got a call from LoanCare today, second time this week. Like Cathy, it's a "courtesy call" which I found recorded on my voice mail. They gave the domain of myloancare.com, but the customer service number on their site doesn't match the one I'm supposed to use to call then back.  So the only reason I would is to find out what is up.  I'll pass.

This was actually a legitimate call for me.  I forgot to schedule my mortgage payment this month.  Now I owe a $102 late fee.  [sad face]

its a mortgage company called freedom mortgage they do the servicing for them. So if u have a home loan through them that's who is calling. the are a real company.

Very persistant, leaving voicemail. I do not work with this company, and will not call them back or go to there website as I see from other folks that this company leaves more unwanted messages on my computer.

These people never return letters or request, they are one sided, everything for them. also send threatening letters even if you have paid them. looking to refinance with someone else from these jerks.

Robo call for "Loan Care" telling me (not asking! Telling!) to call them at 855 703 7292.  Caller ID says the number i s185 570 3729.  I'd never do business with these people.

The phone call from 855-703-7292 is a scam company trying to capture your data by making you think they are associated with your mortgage company by using the name "Loan Care" which is the name used on within their payment website. Don't give them anything.

Always call the customer support number from your loan statements.

My mortgage loan was sold to this company, they are calling to set up the new account, not a scam

Our company has been receiving repetitive automated courtesy calls from MyLoanCare for quite awhile now.  In reaching out in an attempt to have them cease and desist, their corporate phone number leaps immediately into an automated voice mail system (at 11:23 am on this fine Monday morning). Both their customer service options for payment and the "received letter of transfer option" lead into automated systems with no chance at a living human being their either until you provide a piece of personal identifiable information.  Their sales number also immediately leaps into an automated system.
Either this was a bad day to reach out anyone, or there is not a single human being working for that company.
