Automated call. Claimed to be Aetna Medicare.

Recorded call from "Aetna Medicare" asking me to enter my 5-digit ZIP code. Then the call hung up.

Phone identifier was Aetna Insurance ask to make sure it was me by putting my zip code then call hung up. I called back it did not have Aetna Insurance it said the number was currently out of service

Received a robocall from this number from Aetna claiming to have info on my insurance and to put in my zip code. I did then the call hung up. Called the number back it is not in service and called Aetna. They did not initiate the call to me

Got a call recorded message saying Aetna Medicare claiming important information about my plan when they told me to enter my zip code for verification I hung up I knew immediately it was a scam

They say they have important information about changes to my insurance. They knew my name but wanted my zip code to confirm it was me, I hung up. If it truly was Aetna I will continue to hang-up until it's a actual human that contacts me.

Already called Aetna California for verification and reason for that call.

Said there was a change to my plan and asked for my zip code. Said message would follow but call disconnected.

They say they have important information about changes to my insurance. They knew my name but wanted my zip code to confirm it was me. I provided zip code and caller disconnected. I called back and got messege that number is not in service.

They called me as well 12-9-2024 @ 2:48 PM.  Didn't answer. Phone # not a known caller ID by me. Suspicious.  Its intetesting because last week I'd CANCELLED my Aetna coverage after MANY years. My doctors network has $ 5 billion in revenue. Reason; my general Practitioner MD & Specialist doctors huge network couldn't negotiate a contract for 2025 & beyond with Aetna.  Amazing Aetna walked. I actually found a better plan with another powerhouse insurance company my wife loved. We use the same doctors.

Oh, I called my legitimate phone number with Aetna and the representative hadn't a clue who 855-709-5293 even is.

She said while we talked she looked into my file and said she's so sorry to loose a long term excellent customer.  Nice touch. Last week my conversation with the Aetna representative was similarly professional.  It was a friendly separation.

I have received a robocall from this number every day for 2 weeks, claiming to be Aetna Insurance with important message about changes to my provider network for 2025.  It asks for zip code, and when I enter / say it, the call disconnects.  Aetna knows nothing about this.  But the calls keep coming (daily M-F around the same time).

Caller ID said Aetna Medicare. Automated voice said call was for me (used my name) and was about a provider network change. Disconnected after asking for zip (would not accept voice despite saying "please say or enter".) Have received calls from same number 3 other times but I just hung up/ignored as had already called Aetna and confirmed it's a scam after the first one.

1-855-709-5293. The calls were dropped when I entered my ZIP code. I called Aetna member services and was informed that this number is a scam.
