Got a call from this number. I'm supposed to be on the Do Not Call list, assuming that even works anymore. Plus, they called my cell which I didn't think was allowed.

This is  the SAG-AFTRA merger hotline. I'm guessing you are in one or both of these. Ask them why they are being sued and why they didn't tell us the AFTFA board of trustees for their P&H says merging the two is going to be difficult. Call and ask

back in 99 i voted against the merger because they said it would take 10 years to merge health and pension.  i regret it every day.

I received a call from 855-724-2387 on 12 March 2012 at 12:34 p.m. I did not answer. The caller left no message.  If what other posters here say is true about SAG & AFTRA using a robo service to promote  merger, then I think the unions are wasting members' money. This would be the 2nd call I've got regarding pro-merger. The other call came from an AFTRA number in LA 818, about 2 weeks ago.
Unnecessary waste of money on robo calls, and wrong of my union officials to not leave an official message. Cowards.

This number called me twice. Second time I answered and got a recorded message that said "Hello! An English message will follow" and then someone talking in what sounded like Cantonese. I hung up.
