i got call that a process server will apear at my door for unexplained pay day loan which is illegal in ny

They are from century group and they wanted me to know they have a claim against me for $710.00 and if I don't care of this matter claims papers will be brought to my home and some women was calling me asking where I'm located.

Call my job and left a message today saying they have an "order" with a "claim number" and they need to obtain an address for both residence and employment to present me with the order.[***]. . At the end of the message they say "you have formally been notified"     then they called and I answered and the girl asked if I knew what the claim was about and I said no. he says he will give me 15 minutes to call a different number and settle the debt with them and then he will call me back to set up a time to present me with the order if I don't call the other number.     Refuse to provide me with any data nor personal address of their organization. She called herself the Century Group
