This was an usolicited survey callback number from Express Scripts-Medco, a mail order pharmecutical company through my employer.  The survey was all computer voice generated.

i just got one a few minutes ago.  going to delete the message.    

I received a call from (412) 230-5936.  They left a pre-recorded voice mail to call Express Scripts at (855) 724-5344.  Express Scripts is a prescription benefit through my employer.  I called the 855 number and answered a pre-recorded survey.  The survey did not ask for any personal information.

I received this same call this afternoon, originating from a Pennsylvania number at 412-230-5936.   The problem with this is my private phone number was never given to them; it's not even on my personal profile on express-scripts.com.  For them to be utilizing this information, in my opinion, is highly inappropriate.   So I won't answer their silly survey.

No voicemail left. On a return call, it's Liberty Mutual Insurance's employment verification arm, which I'd received a letter in the mail about. Checks out as legit, but I still wouldn't recommend calling it back and just handing over your info; call through the company's main line to reach them instead.
