called on unknown but left this number saying i needed to call back otherwise they were going to send me to the local jurisdiction

I received the same message. Called to see who it is and got voicemail that does not state the name of the company. Has to be a scam.

Received voice message from this number stating I need to call back otherwise they would refer to my local jurisdiction.

Left msg saying i needed to call back otherwise they were going to send me to the local jurisdiction & even left a case#. Definitely a scam, I owe no one or dealt with anyone financially in over 10 years
