Keeps calling..leaving messages I will be served with papers, pretty sure this is regards to a payday loan which are illegal in my state and they can't sue me through NY courts so I will be filing a complaint with the NYS attorney generals office for the threatening phone calls!

I forgot to mention- it is illegal for them to threaten with being served papers and palce of employment or residence! This is a common scare tatic for these collection people to get you to pay, plus they can't even provide proof of the original debt!

Got a call from this number stating the same things as others they couldn't even report the amount of the loan but all they were concerned about was the interest being paid back.
