called saying they had charges in court wanting money

Letting the call go to voicemail, they proceeded to say they had received a formal complaint on this individual (not identified), and was told that if I had knowledge of the whereabouts of said unidentified individual I was to contact 1-855-752-6415. Otherwise, they would have to take legal action and contact the authorities.

They called my work, they called my parents numbers and are harrassing them about a formal complaint they said if no contact they would take legal action

Called looking for my brother whom said is being investigated for a lawsuit.

I got the same message, said they were looking for me using a married name I haven't had in over 10 years. I called back after hours, got the voicemail for "Greystone and Associates".

They have called my parents saying a complaint has been filed against me. Called my brother saying he is a detective and... by that time my brother hangs up.

My experience was identical to Kelsay's ; I let it go to voicemail & got same message- incl. failure to clearly ID the caller or who they were trying to threaten...
