Keeps calling for months re: Dennis Blair, failure to appear.  starting to get nasty.  called it back once, never got a person

I got a message from this number , Doug Daniel said they had judgement.  I called and they had no valid information about me but said I could settle for a low amount of $250.  I said no because I have never heard of your company.

one lady was Ms Sanchez,  then another guy picked up and said he was in Michigan.  Call them just for fun but give no information.

Keep getting calls from this number-finally left a message-He said his name was Ray Cruise said -he 's a private I and it's in regards to fraud and breach of contract. left a case # 606228 and to call back within 2 hrs or police will be at my door. I don't answer unknown number calls. Called last week said the same thing but haven't seen any police at my door.

this number keeps calling me yelling at me an saying all types of racial slurs bc they called portraying the authorities looking for my daughter, for one the authorities dont cll you to make you pay them.........! Guess we all know what they are???????? SCAM COLLECTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ARS solutions called me and stated that I owed a loan..they are a scam ...and they said that they are a legal dept and they had all of my information. they are not a legal firm and then they started saying racial remarks to me n***a and a black slave

This company was calling my 80 year old mother and harassing her stating that it was a legal matter and that they would take me to court..this information is not correct and they are not a legal firm they are collectors and very rude and they are scamming people a tripling the amounts of whatever debt that they so called have. They are collecting pay day loans...I do not owe a pay day loan

This past week ive been getting weird calls from this number saying, i needed to resolve serious complaints against me and gave me a case # in the voicemail. Searched the number turns out they are full of [***] and been doing this to other ppl. If your not serve not be fooled by these sob's. Have a great day. 😊

Has no information about loan, what city, etc. keeps changing amount owed.

they called me and said the same thing that i needed to make a $250 payment by the end of the phone call or id be served and cops would take action.

Received a call from this number. I called them back and asked who they were? He wanted my number so he could look it up. I said I wanted to know who he was? He wouldnt tell me and hung up on me. I called him back and asked him if this was a professional company why he would hang up on me? He said it wasnt a professional company. Then he asked for my number again, i gave it to him and he comes back and says "sorry must be a mistake and that he would remove my number.  Scammers!!  Why?

I'd rank this as a pathetically low level "scam". I mention it only bc these idiots aren't too slick sooften prey on vulnerable populations. The skinny:

"Ms Tiffany Brown" (extension 408) LM on my cell phone. She stated in utter desperation that my sister had just returned her EXTREMELY URGENT call and she is unable to reach her. Apparently this high-stakes phone tag scenario prompted her to reach out to me.

Called back as requested. Reached a recording for a company, either ISF or IFS, which was closed. Nobody has a strong grasp on proper English.

just had 2 missed calls from an unknown number and a voicemail stating to call back a Sarah Wayne at 855-756-6498 Ext. 416. The voicemail said I had legal matters that were going to be filed against me. (Yeah right). Then I get a text from my wife saying I had listed her as a point of contact and I needed to call a different number back. 323-406-8277. This stuff has scam written all over it.

I got a call saying they were a payday loan debt collector. The lady said she could have my wages garnished if I don't give her my debit card to set up payment arrangements. Can they really do that?

If the debt is real the law depends on your location.  But, based on the other posts in this thread, it sounds like the debt is fake.

If you really are behind on a bill, by all means pay it, but not by debt card and not to this caller.  The next time this caller calls ask them to send you proof that the debt is real.  That proof must be sent through the  US Postal Service *.  Don't give them your address.  Tell them to send the paper work to the address in their file.  If the debt is fake the paperwork will never arrive.

*  It is illegal to send a scam like this through the US Postal Service.  The penalties are quite severe, but they only apply to documents sent through the US Postal Service.  Scammers often ship by FedEx or UPS to get around that law.

They left a message that I was being sued and left a case number. They said to call back and give a statement. Guess they think I was born yesterday. Sheesh! Any of you born yesterday? No? Didn't think so either.

Called me about being taking to court for garnishment for a loan that has been paid off for over 8 years.  Googled IFS and no such company in Fort Mills, S.C.
Asked for company's main number and it shows up on here with everyone's comments.

Brian, from this number called and stated that he represents I.F.S.  According to him, I owed $1200+ from an old cc with HSBC.  He too was working for Integrity Financial Solutions.  They would settle my debt for $300 if paid immediately.  I told them I would call back this afternoon to pay.  I immediately called HSBC @800-392-0986x2 to verify Brian's information.  Come to find out, that HSBC has NO record of my SSN or anything to do with me.  Beware:  THIS IS A SCAM!

I keep getting unknown call with a voicemail to call this number back 8557566498 about a legal matter! So annoying!
