I received a message today from Amy Matthews from 855-764-6445. She stated she was from RSB Equity Group. She told me to cal if I wanted to settle this voluntarily, otherwise they would contact ny HR office and garnish my wages. They gave me a claim number to refer to if I decided to call. From what I haev read above, I will be reporting this entity and this incidence. I keep a watch on mt credit report and will be looking out for this  entity's name to show up. I am reporting this to the FTC and will take them to court if they have made a false claim on my credit report.

I just received a call from this number saying the same thing...talking about garnishing my wages and contacting my hr department I'm going to report this number....

SCAM - This company took monies from my account without my permission.  I don't know how they got my account number but my customer service said if I order something off the internet, sometimes that company sells your information. Always watch your balance and there should be something done to shut this company down!!!!!

I received a call from Maria Brown regarding my brother actually. I am constantly getting phone calls from these people telling me I need to contact him and pass on the information. I am exteremely sick of dealing with these people. When asked to mail the information they say sure but sure enough nothing ever mailed.
Is it illegal to tell them that someone is dead?

New phone number in service @ 0800 this morning. By 0815 a call from this number asking for someone I have never heard of. I politely explained that to these fools who said I would be out of their call rotation promptly.  1300 I get ANOTHER call from them! I told the lady that called this time the same thing, she had the nerve to ask me if I was telling her the truth?!!  One more call and I will be contacting the Attorney General's office.

Stated in a message to my cell phone that a complaint had been filed against me and that my wages would be garnished......person's name is Travis from RSV Equity. Has called my brothers home phone numerous times. Left the numbers 678-869-0407 and 855-764-6445, both of which have been conveniently blocked by the account owner......my credit union reports no negative activity on my account.

I'm getting the same calll from Rsb but now they are harassing my hr personnel at work wanting info about me, i had another company with exacate same account number but with a different company named Urg trying to collect on same account, when speaking with Marie Brown to try and get written validation about this so called pay day loan place, she could not produce the exacate place i so called to out a loan with only that it was with Mte Financial, when i advised her we tried to research this company that we could not find a telephone number, she got really rude saying that we would find out tomorrow when my pay check would be garnished, sad to say we had already paid $100 to the other company Urg, but luckly we called our credit card company after we finally relized we were getting scammed and explanied to them what was going on, and after the credit card co. investigating this we got our $100 refunded back to us, glad that we got that as proof there were scaming us. BeWare and know your right as a consumer and know what to tell them to verify the debt before you give them any info.

I got a call AND a text from them stating a complaint was filed against me. They said I was going to be served at work! Why can't anyone stop these jerks?? I don't understand how what they are doing is legal!!!

i got same phone call gave boogish information

I got a message saying a claim was against me social and me! I needed to call within 24 hours or I would be in trouble and have a huge claim against me. I called back and said they are a scam and to not call me again, they hung up on me! I called back three more time to tell them I was turning them in and they are a scam I saw them on the internet! They kept hanging up on me ! They are a scam! if they were legit why would they keep hanging up when I said they are a scam and I am reporting them? I told them I reported them and will call the police and file a complaint if they call me again! All they want to do is hang up when caught!! Don't fall for it!!

RSB called saying some use me for equity loan they called from 1-855-764-6445 i gave them boogish information

Called me saying saying I had a dept against my social and would have a civil lawsuit if I didn't call and pay within 24 hours! I looked them up then called and old them they are a scam and not to call me again! they hung up! I called three more times trying to remove my number. I kept telling them they are a joke and a scam and to not call me again! Kept getting hung up on!!

Attention advice, stand back and put down that phone! This 855 # is a scam. If you fall for the trick then you dived into the abyss of financial ruin- if you got "any" money.

I just received a very official sounding voice mail from Matt Russell, saying a complaint was being filed with RSV processing with my name and social security number. I had 72 hours to respond. Well I have a dog that barks too much so was worried about my neighbors, did research and wound up here.

Just got call from 855.764.6445. Message from Matthew Russell. Claiming to be from RAN  they have are going ahead with legal action against my SSN within 72 hours.  But I have also been receiving calls from collection agencies for a Jaime Bay on my new cell phone.  So glad this website exists.  Thank you.

This was the second call (voicemail) I got from Matt Russell of RSV Processing. They claim to have some pending legal action in my name and social security number. Since they didn't actually use my name in the call, I suspect this is a scam (or targeted at the person owning the phone number before I got it). This call came from a different number than the first one.

Amy Mathews calls me but she calls the company RSB processing. I asked her what RSB stands for and age said idk I just work here. I feel bad for people who will actually give her money:(
