harrassing me about a payday loan

[***] keeps calling from an anonymous number - so I do not answer - if you are ashamed of yourself and have to hide your number then I will not talk to you.

She claims she is coming out to serve me.  Well, bring it on.  Nothing has been filed.  It would have to be filed in a JP court in Texas and it is not worth attorney time or the filing fee.  She thinks this scares me.  I work in a law office and have for 32 years.  I have no idea what debt this is.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.  Find your state's Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and make sure these pests are within the statute of limitations.  Most of the time the debt is not collectible.

Also, get a google voice mail telephone number.  All you need is a gmail email account.  Go to google and set up one.  When debtors call tell them you have a new number for the person they are looking for that you are a brother/sister that has taken over her old number.  The google voice mail telephone number is forwarded to your cell phone and you do not answer.  Let it go to google voice and the message is transcribed as they speak.  It is not always totally intelligible, but you have something in writing.  

Debt collectors MUST tell you they are calling in an attempt to collect a debt.  Lawsuits ongoing in Texas federal courts right now against these debt collection agencies that pretend to be lawyers harassing people and they don't always say they are debt collectors.
