First I received an anonymous call from Robert Fisher who claims to be a legal carrier service in Grays Harbor County.  He gave me a phone number and a claim number and stated he did not know who the claimant was but that he was calling to make sure that I would be home to receive a Suponea, with two forms of ID.  I asked for his phone number and location of business and he would not provide it.  I called the number and it was Upstate Management.  I asked if they were licensed to conduct business in the state of Washington as I have never received anything from them in writing or otherwise.  She stated that they were filing a civil claim for cashing a bad check, has to do with a supposed payday loan.  
She also said they were filing for breech of contract. I asked for their business license number in Washington and she said that they were go to take me to court.  I asked for the case number to verify the suponea and she said it would not be solidified until it was served and then she told me that she was surprised that they had called me.  
I called the County Courthouse and they are not aware of any Robert Fisher Legal Carrier Services in Grays Harbor County.  I asked about a suponea and she said that I could check the county site to see if there is a suponea.  Then I went on line and looked at all the scam info posted.  I called the company back to get a fax number of a physical address and she put me on hold for a very long time to get it.  I hung up.  They are posing as a group of attorneys
