They called us 8 times this month in the last two weeks each with a different phone number and I have blocked this phone number at least 5 times. They also irritate you by not telling you who they are!!! I am a former Insurance agent that worked a call center. We always say who we are and the name of our company. THIS IS PURE FRAUD! They want to get your private information from SENIOR CITIZENS especially with this Pandemic going on right now!!! Don't Reture their calls BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!!! Sometimes this phone call is an automated computer server doling out robotic voices!!!! PLEASE REPORT TO FTC WEBSITE!!!

Wow, they cut me off from a medication I have been on for 16 years and now they want to provide emotional support?  Earlier this year they tried to get me to sign up with an RN to manage my health.  (What they really meant is they wanted to manage my bills).  The fact they are owned by CVS makes this company very dangerous and not doing what is in the patient's best interests, but their own.  If I had a choice to switch to, I'd be gone.

Just logged onto my Aetna website and requested to be opted out from all of their "offers" of services.  Not sure what boxes they are trying to check, but I want no part of it.

Received a voicemail with a message that stated please call, I did call and got a recording that no once could take my call and to leave a message?

This number 855-773-2354 called me too.  Left no message.  After reading the messages here I did not bother to call them back.

This is the callback number left from a United Healthcare scam. Called me from 904-207-7335.
Blocked both numbers.

I know how they got my number. (My work is changing medical plans and the providers were given our contact info) However, I did not select Aetna as my provider (we have a choice this year) Which makes this an unsolicited call to harass me into a service and provider I am not interested in, nor have selected. I would always run as fast as I can away from Aetna after past services and lack of interest in getting anything other than their premiums.

Scam calling from Able to? No info given on voice mail, just a 855 number to call although it came through as a NH number. Obviously spoofed. Previous reports reference Aetna, which is not what insurance carrier I have. BLOCK this number, it's phishing.

They call from different numbers, so blocking them does not work.  They've been calling often. If you talk to them, they ask for your name, birth date, SS# and so on to "identify" you. I called 855-773-2354 to have them remove my number from their calling list.  Hopefully that works.  Thanks for the selling my phone number Aetna!

I am with United Health and I was left a message that they were from United Health. They are from another insurance company and offering mental health care. The number is 855-773-2354. They will call in on a local cell phone number. They say they are Able 2. Do not give any information. They are trying to scam you from other companies and will ask personal information to get ahold of you health care card number. I have reported them. Your health care provider knows all your information including your birthday. Don't give it to them.

Blocked this number, but I STILL Get the voicemail messages?

Have AETNA but I believe this is a scam...
